I have been travelling for 25 years,only this year,have i the time to reflect on my tour directors and tour guides.
Having done two European tours back to back,the role ,function and brief of the aforementioned cannot be over emphasized,They range from dynamic to inefficient.As i
reflect on my tours recent and past ,i hope to analyse their role and fuction in the tourism industry.
